Hi, my name is Alan R. Stevenson, I'm located in the Niagara peninsula of Canada, which is the wine, food, hospitality, fruit belt and honeymoon capital of the world. I have worked within the food and hospitality industry for 28 years. Having started baking when I was only 16. Over the years I have worked for several top notch chefs gaining a vast knowledge of food, the preparation of, cooking and all it's methods, eating, diet, lifestyles and much, much more!
During my twenties I went through extra schooling of specific areas of cooking. Just as home computers came out in the late eighties I wrote a manuscript for a cook book that a publisher wanted dearly to publish, until she realized I was a chef writing a cook book rather then an author writing a cook book!
During this time I was working in a resort area mainly visited by Toronto residence. I began doing live seminars to over a hundred people each week.
Now almost twenty years later CookingClass101.com is a reality.
